Found it to be quite clear on U.S. Troops vulnerability.

Snipers are dangerous because they wait till your most vulnerable. Like the shot of the soldier just standing around his humvee. You'll never be free of the threat of snipers but it's clear that US troops could be doing more to counter the threat.
